Photo Contest

I hereby register for the Vehicle Vault Photography Contest. I understand and accept the guidelines as follows:

• One complimentary admission to Vehicle Vault will be provided upon the completion and return of this waiver, in order for the registered photographer to capture images.
• A single tripod will be permitted, however it is expected to be attended and away from the cars so as to not cause accidental damage at all times.
• No external or separate lighting equipment is allowed, however on-board camera flashes are acceptable.
• The vehicles, stanchions, and any additional Vehicle Vault property may not be touched, moved, or altered in any way.
• No models or extraneous decorations are permitted.
• Registered photographers will submit up to three (3) images in JPEG format to our Submit Your Images web form by June 27.
• The first round of voting and image selection will be completed by the Vehicle Vault team.
• The second round of voting will be completed via social media from June 29 - July 22.
• The finalists’ images will then be displayed at Vehicle Vault, amongst the cars, from July 29 - August 11. Visitors will be welcomed and encouraged to vote for their favorite image.
• The winner will be announced at Espresso & Exhaust on August 13th.
• Vehicle Vault reserves the right to use any submitted images in future marketing efforts, including but not limited to: exhibits, social media, print marketing, etc. Vehicle Vault will attempt to credit the photographer when possible and appropriate but makes no guarantees.
